طبيعة النشاط العقلي لدى الأشخاص ذوي البنية النفسية السيكوسوماتية

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تهدف دراستنا في الكشف عن طبيعة التوظيف العقلي عند الاشخاص ذوي البنية النفسية السيكوسوماتية كما هدفت الى معرفة طبيعة التوظيف النفسي وحقائق الانتاج الاسقاطي للأشخاص الذين يعانون من اضطرابات سيكوسوماتية كما حاولنا ابراز خصائص التوظيف النفسي السيكوسوماتي ،وقد تم الاعتماد على منهج العيادي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة ذلك باستعمال عدة وسائل لجمع البيانات وتحليلها واجريت هذه الدراسة على6 حالات عيادية منها (3) ذكور و(3) اناث بالمصلحة الجوارية بالبرواقية حيث تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (22 سنة) و(56 سنة) ،وتم استخدام كل من المقابلة العيادية النصف موجهة وملاحظة واختبار تفهم الموضوع (T.A.T) 1935 لهنري موراي كأدوات بحث لدراستنا الحالية وتم توصل الى النتائج التالية: أسفرت نتائج المقابلة النصف موجهة على الكشف عن القلق والتوتر والغضب الشديد الذي خلفتها أمراض او الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية واستخدامهم ميكانيزم الكبت وميكانيزم التجنب وميكانيزم الاسقاط ، وهذا ما عكسه انتاجه الاسقاطي باختبار تفهم الموضوع (T.A.T) الذي سمح لنا بالولوج الى أعماق الجهاز النفسي وكانت هنالك بعض الصفات الذي اجتاحت الحالات مثل الصراعات النفسية الشديدة ويوجد من لديهم نظرة سوداوية كل ذا أثر بدوره في كثافة التثبيتات مما أدى الى اختلال على مستوى وطبيعة التوظيف العقلي

Study summary: Our study aims to reveal the nature of mental recruitment among people with a psychosomatic psychological structure. It also aimed to know the nature of psychological recruitment and the facts of projective production for people suffering from psychosomatic disorders. We also tried to highlight the characteristics of psychosomatic psychological recruitment. The clinical approach was relied upon to achieve the objectives of the study using several tools. Methods for collecting and analyzing data. This study was conducted on 6 clinical cases, including (3) males and (3) females in the neighborhood department in Al-Barwaqiya, where their ages ranged between (22 years) and (56 years). A semi-directed clinical interview, observation, and a test of understanding the subject were used. (T.A.T) 1935 by Henry Murray as research tools for our current study and the following results were reached: The results of the semi-directed interview revealed the anxiety, tension, and intense anger caused by diseases or psychosomatic disorders, and their use of the mechanism of repression, the mechanism of avoidance, and the mechanism of projection. This was reflected in his projective production of the Subject Understanding Test (T.A.T), which allowed us to penetrate the depths of the psychological system. There were some characteristics that Situations such as severe psychological conflicts have prevailed, and there are those who have a dark outlook, all of which in turn has an impact on the intensity of fixations, leading to an imbalance in the level and nature of mental functioning.
