Abstract

The study focused on identifying the impact of crisis management strategies on the performance of employees in Saidal Foundation in Medea, from the point of view of managers, heads of departments and administrative assistants, as it aimed to identify the opinions of the members of the research sample towards the availability of a crisis management system at different stages in this institution and the extent of the presence Strategies used in dealing with crises also, and to give an integrated picture, we focused on identifying the concept of crises, their causes, classification, classification and stages, and identifying the concepts associated with them and interfering with them. In dealing with it, which enables the management of the organization based on a scientific and practical approach based on rationality, experience and knowledge so that the employees can deal with it efficiently and effectively. The study came out with a number of results, the most important of which is that crisis management is one of the important revenues in the organization, which has a major role in influencing the performance of workers when facing the crisis.
