. فالنقل يمكن أن يكون بناءا على طلب المواطن مع مراعاة ضرورة المصلحة كما يمكن أن يكون النقل اجباريا عندما تستدعي الضرورة ذلك، ويأخذ رأي اللجة الادارية المتساوية الأعضاء ولو بعد اتخاذ القرار، كما ان سلطة النقل هي نفسها السلطة صاحبة التعيين. الكلمات المفتاحية: النقل الوظيفي، السلطة، المرافق العمومية، اللجة الادارية المتساوية الأعضاء. Summary: Job transferisconsidered one of the mostprominent manifestations of the authoritythat the administration enjoys in order to achieve the public interest and maintain the regular and steadyfunctioning of public facilities. The transfercanbeat the request of the citizen, takingintoaccount the necessity of the interest. The transfercanalsobecompulsorywhennecessary, and the opinion of the administrative committee of equalmembersistaken, evenafter the decision has been made. The transferauthorityis the same as the appointingauthority. Keywords: job transfer, authority, public facilities, equal-member administrative committee Résumé: La mutation professionnelle est considérée comme l'une des manifestations les plus marquantes de l'autorité dont dispose l'administration pour réaliser l'intérêt public et maintenir le fonctionnement régulier et stable des installations publiques. Le transfert peut être effectué à la demande du citoyen, en tenant compte de la nécessité de l'intérêt. Le transfert peut également être obligatoire lorsque cela est nécessaire, et l'avis du comité administratif composé de membres égaux est pris, même après que la décision a été prise.
