Abstract

Despite the diversity and diversity of the functions of the economic institution, which is the main pillar of economic activity, the vital function of each institution, where this function relates to the financial activity of the institution in the sense of access to the financial needs of various sources. These sources have advantages as well as disadvantages. This is why the institution must know how to differentiate between these different sources in the sense of choosing the source that is in their favor and serve it to achieve its objectives. Among these goals, the institution seeks to achieve is to maximize profits at the lowest costs. By dropping our theoretical study on the subject of the determinants of financing in the economic institutions of the Naftal Foundation, we can say that NAFTAEL relies on its own resources to finance its investments and meet its obligations.
