تقييم الوظائف التنفيذية (المرونة الذهنية، الذاكرة العاملة) لدى المصاب بالتوحد-درجة بسيطة-

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية : تسعى الدراسة الحالية الى تقييم مستوى الوظائف التنفيذية لدى المصاب بالتوحد درجة بسيطة ، وهذا بالقاء الضوء على: مستوى المرونة الذهنية و مستوى الذاكرة العاملة. حيث قمنا بتقييم المرونة الذهنية عن طريق اختبار تصنيف البطاقات ويسكونسون، والذاكرة العاملة باستعمال اختبار فرح بن يحي ، بدراسة أنظمة الذاكرة العاملة الاربعة حسب نموذج بادلي المطور. لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة قمنا باتباع المنهج الوصفي بالاعتماد على أسلوب دراسة حالة ، وباختيار مجموعة دارسة المتكونة من 6 تتراوح اعمارهم الحالات ما بين 10 الى 14 سنة ذوي شدة توحد بسيطة وفقا لمقياس كارز لقياس شدة التوحد، وباستبعاد الاعاقة الذهنية بتطبيق اختبار الذكاء مصفوفات رافن هذا وقد استدعت الدراسة طرح الفرضية الرئيسية التالية: - وجود ضعف على ، لتندرج تحتها فرضيتين الجزئيتين: - وجود ضعف على مستوى المرونة الذهنية لدى المصاب بالتوحد. - وجود ضعف على مستوى الذاكرة العاملة لدى المصاب بالتوحد. وقد اظهرت النتائج مايلي: - وجود ضعف على مستوى المرونة الذهنية - وجود اداء متوسط على مستوى الذاكرة العاملة ملخص الدراسة باللغة الانجليزية : The current seeks to evalutd the level of executive function in an autistics person ,by shedding light on : the level of mental flexibility and the level of workin memory. Where we assessed mental flexibility by using the wisconson card classification tese, and working memory using the farah bin yahya test, by stding the four working memory four working memory systems according to the developed Badley model, To achieve the objectives of the study, we followed the descriptive approach based on the method of a case study, and selected a study group consisting of 6 cases range in age from 10 to 14 years with mild severity of autism according to the Cars scale to measure the severity of autism, and by excluding intellectual disability by applying the Raven matrices intelligence test. The study put forward the following main hypothesis: - There is a weakness at the level of executive functions in the person with autism, under which two partial hypotheses fall: - There is a weakness in the level of mental flexibility in the person with autism. - There is a weakness in the level of working memory in the person with autism. The results showed the following: - Weakness in the level of mental flexibility - The presence of average performance at the level of working memory
