Abstract

This studyaimed to identify the level of application of electronic management in public institutions, which was divided in to two frame works, a theoretical frame work that defines and defines the various concepts and dimensions related to electronic management as well as the evaluation of the performance of the employees. The practical frame work was targeting the Municipality of Medea in order to reach what the application process Electronic management of the performance of its workers. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting the necessary information. It was distributed to the sample of the study. The statistical analysis program (spss) was used to analyze the data and test the validity of the hypotheses of the study. The results of the studyfoundthat the Municipality of Medea has high electronic management with the response of itsworkers to its applications They face somehurdles
