الضغط النفسي وعلاقته بالصلابة النفسية لدى معلمي طور الأول

Abstract

الملخص باللغة العربية: بهدف البحث الحالي لدراسة الضغط النفسي وعلاقته بالصلابة النفسية لدى معلمي الطور الأول وذلك من خلال الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: - هل توجد علاقة بين الضغط النفسي والصلابة النفسية لدى معلمي طور الأول - ما مستوى الضغوطات النفسية لدى معلمي الطور الأول - ما مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى معلمي الطور الأول - هل توجد فروق في الضغط النفسي لدى معلمي الطور الأول باختلاف الخبرة - هل توجد فروق في الصلابة النفسية لدى معلمي الطور الأول باختلاف الجنس اعتمد البحث الحالي في جمع البيانات على مقياسيين مقياس الضغط النفسي لباحثة حدي خلود (2019) ومقياس الصلابة النفسية لعماد مخيمر (2002) تمت المعالجة الإحصائية للنتائج عن طريق برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS ليصل إلى النتائج التالية: - عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغط النفسي والصلابة لدى معلمي الطور الأول ومنه عدم تحقق الفرضية. - لا توجد فروق في الضغط النفسي تعزى للخبرة لدى معلمي الطور الأول ومنه عدم تحقق الفرضية. - توجد فروق في الصلابة النفسية تعزى للجنس لدى معلمي الطور الأول ومنه تحقق الفرضية. الملخص باللغة الأجنبية: The current research aims to study psychological pressure and its relationship to psychological hardness among first-stage teachers , by answering the following questions : • Is there a relationship between psychological stress and psychological hardness among first-stage teachers ? • What is the level of psychological stres among the teachers of the first stage ? • What is the level of psychological hardness of the first stage teachers ? • Are there differences in the psychological pressure of the first stage teachers according to different experience ? • Are there differences in the psychological hardness of the first stage teachers according to gender ? The current research relied on collecting data on two scales : • The researcher’s hadi kholoud (2019) psychological stress scale . • A measure of psychological hardness of the researcher imad mkhaimar. The data collected was statistically processed using the statistical package for social sciences program SPSS. The results came back with the following findings : • There is no statistically significant correlation between psychological stress and psychological hardness among the first stage teachers , and thus the hypothesis was not fulfilled. • There are no differences in the psychological pressure among the teachers of the first stage . • There are differences in psychological pressure due to gender among the first stage teachers.
