الاتصال العمومي والتنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر

Abstract

تتمحور دراستنا هذه حول الاتصال العمومي والتنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر، دراسة حالة مؤسسة صيدال لولاية " المدية ". التي تهدف إلى التعرف على كيفية مساهمة الاتصال العمومي في دعم وتفعيل المسؤولية الاجتماعية داخل مؤسسة صيدال. فقد إعتمدنا على منهج دراسة الحالة لمعالجة إشكالية بحثنا واستعملنا المقابلة كأداة رئيسية والملاحظة كأداة مساعدة، واعتمدنا على العينة القصدية المتمثلة في 3 عمال من مؤسسة صيدال وعلى رأسهم مسؤول خلية الإعلام والاتصال و2 من أعضائه تبين لنا من المعلومات التي توصلنا لها أن الاتصال العمومي أداة ضرورية ومهمة لضمان سيرورة المؤسسة بحيث يساهم بشكل كبير في الانسجام وتحقيق التفاعل ووفرة المعلومات. بالإضافة إلى ذلك تبين لنا أن مؤسسة صيدال تسعى لتوفير كل الوسائل المادية والبشرية التي من شأنها أن تساهم في تحسين أدائها وتحقيق تنمية اقتصادية مدروسة . This study revolves around public communication and economic development in Algeria, with a case study of the Saïdal Company in Médéa Province. The aim is to identify how public communication contributes to supporting and activating social responsibility within Saïdal. We adopted the case study method to address our research problem, using interviews as the main tool and observation as a complementary one. We relied on a purposive sample consisting of three employees from Saïdal, including the head of the Information and Communication Unit and two of its members. The findings revealed that public communication is a necessary and important tool for ensuring the proper functioning of the institution, as it significantly contributes to harmony, interaction, and the availability of information. Furthermore, it was shown that Saïdal seeks to provide all the material and human resources that could contribute to improving its performance and achieving well-planned economic development.
