الاتصال الشخصي ومدى تأثيره على أداء العاملين

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: نظرا للتطور التكنولوجي الكبير الذي يشهده العالم ككل والمؤسسات الخاصة، وتأثيره الكبير على وسائل الاتصال خاصة، وتأثيره الكبير على وسائل الاتصال بين مختلف أفراد المؤسسة،أصبح من الضروري معرفة مكانة الاتصال الشخصي في ظل هذا التحول السريع في نظم الاتصال ،ولهذا السبب قمنا بدراستنا المتمثلة في البحث عن مدى تأثير الاتصال الشخصي على أداء العاملين في المؤسسة الإستشفائية. فبعد الإطلاع على الأطر النظرية لهذا الموضوع، والتعرض لدراسة السابقة وضبط المفاهيم والمصطلحات ،توجهنا إلى المؤسسة الإستشفائية جيلالي بونعامة الدويرة الجزائر لإجراء دراستنا الميدانية وقمنا بتوزيع الاستمارة على عمالها،وبعد تحليل النتائج توصلنا إلى مايلي: تعتمد المؤسسة الإستشفائية على مختلف أشكال الاتصال الشخصي كاللقاءات،الندوات والاجتماعات إضافة إلى الاحتكاك بين العمال. الاتصال الشخصي مازال يحافظ على أهميته ومكانته داخل المؤسسة الإستشفائية.

Abstract: In view of the great technological development witnessed by the world as a whole and private institutions, and its great impact on the means of communication in particular, and its great impact on the means of communication between the various members of the organization, it has become necessary to know the status of personal communication in light of this rapid transformation in communication systems, and for this reason we carried out our study of Researching the extent of the impact of personal communication on job performance in a hospital institution. After reviewing the theoretical frameworks for this topic, studying the precedent, and adjusting the concepts and terminology, we went to the Djilali Bounaama Douira Hospital Foundation to conduct our field study and distributed the questionnaire to its workers. After analyzing the results, we arrived at the following; The hospital institution relies on various forms of personal contact, such as meetings, seminars and meetings, in addition to interaction between workers. - Personal communication still maintains its importance and status within the organization.
