Abstract

The study aims to evaluate the application of balanced performance in the hotel sector and to identify the balanced performance card as a modern approach to measuring and improving performance and to show the importance of applying the balanced performance card in hotels, as well as to identify the four dimensions on which the balanced performance card is based. The study population consisted of the employees of the Samer Hotel in Al-Hamdaniya, the state of Medea, and a sample of administrators and employees consisting of 32 individuals was chosen randomly, and the questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for the study. The research included a set of hypotheses through which a number of results were reached, the most important of which is that there is a statistically significant effect of the impact of the hotel industry on the balanced performance card at the significance level of 0.05
