Abstract

Our study came to research on the subject of information technology, which has become one of the important topics that must be studied at the present time, coinciding with developments in this field, in return for the wide spread of the latter and its different uses in different organizations, because of the facilitation it provides to achieve the goals through the positive It provides and the developments it leaves behind, especially in the aspect of human resources, which is an important aspect of any organization. This study came to know the impact of information and communication technology on the performance of human resources in the organization, and the applied study was chosen at the Algerian Telecom Corporation - Medea -because of the developments it knows about due to the use of this technology. At its end, several results and recommendations were reached after familiarity with all the theoretical aspects related to it, and by addressing the various inputs that we reached through the applied study using several programs and tools that helped in this, the most important of which is the statistical package program spss
