المهارات الاجتماعية وعلاقتها بالكفاءة الذاتية لدى عينة من طلبة ماستر علم النفس وعلوم التربية

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين المهارات الاجتماعية والكفاءة الذاتية لدى عينة من الطلبة بجامعة المدية، حيث استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 96 طالب وطالبة من جامعة الدكتور يحي فارس بالمدية من المجتمع الأصلي ،تم الاختيار بطريقة عشوائية لعام 2022/2023 واستخدمت الباحثتان مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية لندى نصر الدين عبد الحميد 2011 ومقياس الكفاءة الذاتية لأحمد فريحان وتم تكييفه مع البيئة الجزائرية. ولتحليل البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا ثم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (Spss) بإجراء المعالجة الإحصائية الوصفية منها . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين المهارات الاجتماعية والكفاءة الذاتية لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة المدية. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للمهارات الاجتماعية لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة المدية تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الكفاءة الذاتية لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة المدية تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المهارات الاجتماعية وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الكفاءة الاجتماعية لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة المدية تعزى لمتغير التخصص ولصالح علم النفس. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المهارات الاجتماعية والكفاءة الذاتية لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة المدية تعزى لمتغير المستوى ولصالح الثانية ماستر. Study summary: The current study aims to identify the relationship between social skills and self-efficacy among a sample of students at the University of Medea, where the researchers used the descriptive approach. The sample of the study consisted of 96 male and female students from the University of Dr. Yahya Fares in Medea from the original community. The selection was done randomly for the year 2022/2023. The two researchers used the social skills scale of Nada Nasreddin Abdel Hamid 2011 and the measure of self-efficacy of Ahmed Frihan, and it was adapted to the Algerian environment. To analyze and treat the data statistically, then use the statistical program (Spss) to perform the descriptive statistical treatment. The study reached the following results: There is a correlation between social skills and self-efficacy among a sample of Medea University students. - There are statistically significant differences in social skills among a sample of Medea University students due to the gender variable in favor of males, and there are no statistically significant differences in self-efficacy among a sample of Medea University students due to the gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in social skills, and there are statistically significant differences in social competence among a sample of Medea University students due to the variable of specialization and in favor of psychology. - There are statistically significant differences in the social skills and self-efficacy of a sample of Medea University students due to the level variable and in favor of the second master's degree.
