Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين جودة الخدمات التعليمية من حيث المحتوى، التفاعل، والتسيير الإداري. تؤكد على أن دمج التكنولوجيا في العملية التعليمية يسهم في تنويع أساليب التدريس وتسهيل الوصول إلى المعرفة، مما يحفز المتعلمين ويزيد من فاعلية التعليم. كما تُمكن الوسائل الرقمية من تقييم أداء الطلبة والمعلمين بطرق أدق. وتُظهر المذكرة أن استخدام نظم إدارة التعلم والمنصات الرقمية ساعد في تحسين جودة الخدمات التربوية، خاصة في فترات التعليم عن بعد. وتبرز المذكرة وجود علاقة واضحة بين توظيف التكنولوجيا وتحسن جودة الخدمات التعليمية، فكلما زاد الاعتماد على التكنولوجيا بطريقة مدروسة، زادت الكفاءة والفاعلية. وتوصي المذكرة بضرورة تكوين الأساتذة وتوفير بنية تحتية رقمية ملائمة لتحقيق الاستفادة القصوى. وتختتم الدراسة بتقديم النتائج والتوصيات الرئيسية التي تسهم في تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال لتعزيز جودة الخدمات التعليمية و زيادتها. واعتمدانا في هته الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و بالنسبة لاداة جمع البيانات تم استخدام الإستبيان و تحليلها باستخدام برنامج الحزم الاحصائية SPSS و كانت العينة المستخدمة عينة ميسرة , و توصلت الدراسة الى النتيجة التالية : و هي وجود علاقة بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال و جودة الخدمات التعليمية This study explores the role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in enhancing the quality of educational services in terms of content, interaction, and administrative management. It emphasizes that integrating technology into the educational process contributes to diversifying teaching methods and facilitating access to knowledge, which in turn motivates learners and increases the effectiveness of education. Digital tools also enable more accurate assessment of both student and teacher performance. The study highlights that the use of learning management systems and digital platforms has significantly improved the quality of educational services, especially during periods of distance learning. Furthermore, it reveals a clear positive correlation between the use of technology and the improvement of educational service quality: the more technology is strategically integrated, the greater the efficiency and effectiveness achieved. The study recommends training educators and providing appropriate digital infrastructure to maximize benefits. The study concludes with key findings and recommendations that support the effective implementation of ICT to enhance and expand the quality of educational services. A descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, and data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). A convenient sampling method was used. The main finding of the study confirms the existence of a positive relationship between Information and Communication Technology and the quality of educational services.
