الصدمة النفسية الناتجة عن الخيانة الزوجية وأثرها على تقدير الذات

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للكشف على تأثير صدمة الخيانة الزوجية على تقدير الذات للضحية (الزوج أو الزوجة). أجريت الدراسة على عينة تتكون من حالتين من جنسين مختلفين يتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (21ـ 31) سنة وذلك بصفة قصدية حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي (دراسة حالة) الذي يتناسب مع طبيعة الموضوع، واستعملنا مجموعة الأدوات المتمثلة في الملاحظة والمقابلة النصف الموجهة، ومقياس كرب ما بعد الصدمة PTSD لدافيدسون، ومقياس تقدير الذات لكوبر سميث. أوضحت الحالات أن لديهم كرب ما بعد الصدمة النفسية بشدة متقاربة نتيجة للحدث الصدمي الذي عايشوه وقد تحصلنا على النتائج التالية: أن الأشخاص الذين تعرضوا للخيانة الزوجية يعانون من صدمة نفسية شديدة ويظهر ذلك من خلال الدرجات المتحصل عليها في مقياس كرب ما بعد الصدمة PTSD. مستوى تقدير الذات لدى الحالتين منخفض وذلك حسب مقياس تقدير الذات لدافيدسون. ومن خلال الدليل التشخيصي والإحصائي الراجع للاضطرابات النفسية أن الحالتين تظهر عليهم أعراض الصدمة والمتمثلة في: أعراض نفسية: اضطرابات النوم، القلق، الخوف، الاكتئاب، العزلة. أعراض جسدية: فقدان الشهية، ارتفاع ضغط الدم. أعراض سلوكية: فرقعة الأصابع، قضم الأظافر، هز الرجل.

The study aimed to reveal the impact of the trauma of marital infidelity on the self-esteem of the victim (husband or wife). The study was conducted on a sample consisting of two cases of different genders، aged between (21-31) years، in an intentional manner، as we relied on the clinical approach (case study) that is appropriate to the nature of the subject، and we used a set of tools represented in observation، semi-directed interviews، and the post-traumatic stress scale. Davidson's PTSD، Cooper Smith's Self-Esteem Scale. The cases showed that they had post-traumatic stress of similar severity as a result of the traumatic event they experienced، and we obtained the following results: that people who were exposed to marital infidelity suffer from severe psychological trauma، and this appears through the scores obtained on the post-traumatic stress scale (PTSD). The level of self-esteem in both cases is low، according to Davidson's self-esteem scale. According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders، both cases show symptoms of trauma، which are: Psychological symptoms: sleep disturbances، anxiety، fear، depression، isolation. Physical symptoms: loss of appetite، high blood pressure. Behavioral symptoms: knuckle cracking، nail biting، leg shaking.
