دور سياسات التشغيل في تحقيق التنمية البشرية - دراسة حالة الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2014)

Abstract

We have tried through this thesis to study the role of employment policies in human development through two sides, the first side represents the theoretical analysis where it was concluded that the employment policies support human development by income security livelihoods, and poverty reduction and to ensure equity in growth and give individuals the ability of full participation in the community with a sense of dignity and self-worth and provision of social protection which strengthens social cohesion and solidarity within families and society by embodying participation and social dialogue that leads to members of the community to work together to raise the material well-being and composition of accumulated knowledge stock the cultures and civilizations based upon and when employment is friend of the environment its benefits accumulate from generation to generation, these mechanisms in its entirety summed up in the term of decent, productive and sustainable employment. the second side represents econometric study of human development index in Algeria during the period 1990-2014 by formulation of a econometric model link between decent, productive and sustainable work indicators with human development index in Algeria we found existence of statistically and econometric significant between decent work indicators and human development index in Algeria and we have also offered at the end of this work a number of practical recommendations that will increase the effectiveness of employment policies in Algeria to achieve its objectives and the embodiment of human development in particular and comprehensive and sustainable development in general
