الإعتماد الإيجاري في التشريع الجزائري Leasing in Algerian Legislation

ملخص: يعتبر الاعتماد الايجاري أحد أهم الأنظمة الحديثة التي عرفها النظام الاقتصادي المعاصر، بحيث يعد من المواضيع الهامة التي اهتمت بها التشريعات في عديد من الدول لما يمثله من وسيلة ناجعة لتمويل الاستثمارات والمشاريع وبأسلوب يحقق أهداف المتعاقدين، ونظرا لما يقدمه الاعتماد الايجاري من خدمات و طروحات جديدة جعلته يختلف عن غيره من الأنظمة التي تعنى بشؤون التمويل والتطوير. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاعتماد الايجاري، النظام الاقتصادي، الاستثمارات والمشاريع، التمويل والتطوير.

Summary: Leasing is considered one of the most important modern systems known to the contemporary economic system. It is a significant topic of interest to legislation in many countries, given its effective means of financing investments and projects in a manner that achieves the objectives of the contracting parties. Furthermore, the services and new offerings offered by leasing distinguish it from other systems concerned with financing and development. Résumé : Le crédit-bail est considéré comme l’un des systèmes modernes les plus importants du système économique contemporain. Il constitue un sujet d’intérêt majeur pour la législation de nombreux pays, car il permet de financer efficacement les investissements et les projets, tout en répondant aux objectifs des parties contractantes. De plus, les services et les nouvelles offres qu’il propose le distinguent des autres systèmes de financement et de développement.
