Abstract

Digital transformation has received increasing interest from practitioners and in academia, and the digital literature has provided important insights into how digital transformation can contribute to improving public services. The results show that successful digital transformation can accelerate innovation, increase productivity, improve customer experiences and satisfaction, reduce costs, and improve services. In addition, the results show that the main obstacles to digital transformation are lack of knowledge, lack of experience, lack of digital leadership, resistance to change, inflexibility of culture, lack of clarity of vision and purpose, and lack of cooperation and alignment. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, through which he tries to describe the phenomenon under study, analyze its data, the relationship between its requirements and the opinions that are raised around it, and the use of a comprehensive inventory due to the small size of the study community and the ease of access to the target group, where the questionnaire was distributed to individuals We meet to study.
