Abstract

The study aims to identify the form of leasing finance as an innovative financing method for economic institutions, And its ability to solve the problem of financing for e conomic institutions, By referring to its concept, types and advantages, This study aims also to know the reality of leasing finance in Algeria since 1990, by addressing the various laws that govern it, and the accounting - fiscality aspects that it operates.
