Résumé: La Charte d'éthique et de déontologie universitaire, publiée en août 2023, est un modèle pour l'éthique du secteur en Algérie, car elle est intervenue après plusieurs tentatives bloquées par les conditions politiques, sécuritaires et économiques et entravé son progrès et son processus La nécessité d'élaborer et de publier une charte d'éthique et de déontologie universitaire a été fortement soulignée dans le rapport du Comité national pour la réforme du système éducatif de 2001. En juin 2004, le Conseil national pour une charte d'éthique et de déontologie des professions universitaires a été créé. , et en avril 2010, le Conseil national susmentionné a élaboré une charte de l'éthique et de la profession universitaire, pour suivre le rythme des évolutions économiques, politiques, sociales et éducatives dont notre pays a été témoin. L'Université algérienne a réalisé des réalisations significatives par rapport aux réalisations attendues, atteignant les normes internationales, améliorant le niveau de performance et cherchant à lier le domaine de la formation de l'enseignement supérieur avec l'environnement social, économique et institutionnel qu'elle a connu. de nombreux changements et développements, en établissant des règles de gestion, des fondements et des principes capables de renforcer la crédibilité de l'université et de chercher à assurer son succès et à atteindre ses objectifs, qui ont un large impact aux niveaux local et mondial. La crédibilité des réalisations de l'université ne peut s'acquérir qu'avec l'engagement de la famille universitaire en général et du professeur des universités en particulier envers la Charte d'éthique et de déontologie universitaire et les lois et règlements auxquels elle est soumise. Summary: The Charter of University Ethics and Ethics, issued in August 2023, is a model for the ethics of the sector in Algeria, as it came after several attempts that were blocked by political, security, and economic conditions and hindered its progress and process. The credibility of the university's achievements cannot be achieved except by the commitment of the university family in general and the university professor in particular to the Charter of University Ethics and Ethics and the laws and regulations to which it is subject.
