Abstract

The study aims to try to clarify the concept of empowerment and to explain its impact on creativity at Konoz School for Creative Thinking , and to make recommendations which may increase interest in this aspect as one of the factors of excellence of the institution. To achieve the objectives of the study, data on the phenomenon was collected and interpreted, and the resolution was used to survey the sample of 14 teachers, using SPSS calculating program and then to analyse the data collected.
