دور مستشار التوجيه في التقليل من ظاهرة العنف المدرسي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة دور مستشار التوجيه في التقليل من ظاهرة العنف المدرسي بولاية المدية، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على مجهودات المستشار المبذولة المتمثلة في المتابعة والاشراف، ورصد اشكال ومظاهر العنف ودعم الحوار الإيجابي من خلال طرح مجموعة من الفرضيات. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (80) تلميذ من ثانوية مكيوي العيد بلدية بوشراحيل ولاية المدية اختيروا بطريقة قصدية وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي باعتبار ه المنهج المناسب للدراسة كما تم تطبيق مقياسين: مقياس دور مستشار التوجيه ومقياس مظاهر العنف المدرسي ولقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: 1-توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات العنف المدرسي لدي تلاميذ ذوي الإدراك الإيجابي والإدراك السلبي لصالح المدر كين إيجابيا لدور مستشار التوجيه، ولصالح المدركين إيجابيا. 2-تو جد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات العنف المدرسي لدي تلاميذ ذوي الإدراك الإيجابي والإدراك السلبي الأشراف ومتابعة مستشار التوجيه ولصالح المدركين إيجابيا. 3-توجد فرو ق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات العنف المدرسي لدي تلاميذ ذوي الإدراك الإيجابي والإدراك السلبي لصالح المدركين إيجابيا لرصد أشكال ومظاهر العنف لمستشار التوجيه، ولصالح المدركين إيجابيا. 4-تواجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات إدراك التلاميذ في دعم الحوار الإيجابي من طرف مستشار التوجيه في التقليل من ظاهرة العنف المدرسي. The carrent study aimed to know the role of the guidance counselor in reducing the phenomenon of Scholl violence in the state of medea.in addition to identifying the efforts of the counselor in the form of follow-up and supervision. Monitoring the form and manifestations of violence and supporting positive dialogue by putting forward a set of hypotheses. The sample of the study consisted of 80 students form Mekkioui El-Eid. High school, boucherahil municipality, Médéa province, who were chosen in an intentional manneThe results of the study showed the following: 1- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of school violence among students with positive perception and negative perception in favor of those who are positively aware of the role of the guidance counselor, and in favor of those who are positively aware. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of school violence among students with positive perception and negative perception of supervision and follow-up of the guidance counselor and in favor of the positive perceivers. 3- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of school violence among students with positive perception and negative perception in favor of those who are positively aware to monitor the forms and manifestations of violence to the guidance counselor, and in favor of those who are positively aware.

4-There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of student’s perception in supporting positive dialogue by the guidance .counselor in reducing the phenomenon of school violence
