اتجاىات الطلبة الجامعيين نحو اعتماد الوزارة لمشاريع المؤسسات الناشئة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف والتعرف على اتجاهات الطلبة نحو اعتماد الوزارة لمشاريع المؤسسات الناشئة وللتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة اعتمدنا على الدراسة الاستطلاعية المتكونة من (30) طالب ثم الدراسة الأساسية المتكونة من (120) طالب وتبنت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، الذي يصف الظاهرة ثم يحللها على عينة قوامها 120 طالب و طالبة جامعيين تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة القصدية ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم مقياس من طرف الطالبتين تحت إشراف الأستاذة يتكون من 29 بند، اعتمدنا على نوع واحد من الأسئلة وهي الأسئلة المغلقة، وتم إخضاعه للأساتذة المحكمين للتحقق من خصائصه السيكومترية. وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين نحو إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة ايجابية. - لا يوجد تفاوت بين اتجاهات الطلبة نحو إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - يوجد تفاوت بين اتجاهات الطلبة نحو إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة تعزى لمتغير المستوى. - يوجد تفاوت بين اتجاهات الطلبة نحو إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة تعزى لمتغير التخصص. ومن أهم التوصيات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة البحث عن إمكانية الاعتماد على وكالات تسهر على التنسيق لهذا النظام وكذالك ترقية ومرافقة المؤسسات الناشئة وحاضنات الأعمال بالإضافة إلى تعزيز جهود الطلبة وتجسيد أفكارهم في الواقع summary The current study aims to reveal and identify students’ attitudes towards the Ministry’s accreditation of emerging enterprise projects. To verify the study’s hypotheses, we relied on the exploratory study consisting of (30) students, then the basic study consisting of (120) students. This study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, which describes the phenomenon and then analyzes it. On a sample of 120 male and female university students who were selected using a purposive sampling method, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a scale was designed by the two students under the supervision of the professor, consisting of 29 items. We relied on one type of questions, which are closed questions, and it was subjected to refereeing professors to verify its psychometric properties. After statistical processing of the data, the study reached the following results: - University students’ attitudes towards establishing emerging institutions are positive. - There is no difference between students’ attitudes towards establishing emerging enterprises due to the gender variable. - There is a discrepancy between students’ attitudes towards establishing emerging enterprises due to the level variable. - There is a discrepancy between students’ attitudes towards establishing emerging enterprises due to the specialization variable. One of the most important recommendations reached by the study is to search for the possibility of relying on agencies that ensure coordination of this system, as well as promoting and accompanying emerging institutions and business incubators, in addition to enhancing the efforts of students and embodying their ideas in reality.
