Abstract

The study aims highlight the role of governance in attracting direct investment in Arab countries In general and Algeria in particular, by analyzing its indicators in addition to foreign direct investment flows. The study recommended the need for Arab countries in general and Algeria in particular to work on strong theming each of the governance in dictators because of their positive and effective in attracting foreign direct investment to these countries, as well as working to limit or at least reduce the causes of the deterioration of governance indicators of their negative impact on attracting investment.
