Abstract

This study tends to clarify and show the role electronic administration in improving the financial function in the economic institution the study of Algeria telecom in Medea. Since I talked in the theoretical side about electronic administration.the financial function and the financial performance .while for the method in wich the electronic administration helps in improving the financial function of the institution by set of accounting and financial information systems .and I also measured the financial performance of the institution by making some indicators.
