Abstract

This Study aims at identifying the reality of E-Learning in impact on the quality of education ,To achieve that objective of the study , we addressed the topic though four different chapters : In the first chapter , we talked with E-Learning in terms of idiomatic concepts , their the E-Learning sources and its most important systems, the second chapter I talked about total quality management and its relationship to higher education, then the role of E-Learning in the quality of education , the final chapter we interest in applied study, and a questionnaire distributed to 42 In the faculty of economics, commerce and management sciences at medea university from the point of professors and students, the study concluded that E-Learning has a contribution to the quality of higher education
