Abstract

This research aims at exploring the exent to which impôt élément can influence the financial structure analysis of corporation ,in light of this objective ,we have touched upon the overall concept of impôt ,its classification ,methods of estimation and the ways of attaining it,Moreover ,we have studied the financial structure of the corporation through the most important theories priori to it ,Furthermore,we have looked throught the different external and internal funding sources And the extent to which it is affected by the impôt factor. Through the practice part,we have archieved the financial structure analysis mils of ksar el boukhari,additionally,we have revolved around the different impôt and taxes charging it,Through the study,it has been made clear that the corporation is affected by the totality of the impôt ,but still not to the exent that might impact and control the funding policy.
