مهارة الاتصال الرقمي ودورها في تحفيز الطلبة على التعليم الجامعي

Abstract

تتمحور دراستنا هذه حول مهارة الاتصال الرقمي ودورها في تحفيز الطلبة على التعليم الجامعي في جامعة المدية، و التي تهدف إلى التعرف على دوره وأهميته في العملية التعليمية. فقد اعتمدنا على المنهج المسحي باعتباره الأنسب لهاته الدراسة من أجل الحصول على معلومات معمقة ومفصلة لأجل تحليل الظاهرة المدروسة، كما اعتمدنا على الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع المعلومات المتعلقة بموضوعنا، واعتمدنا على العينة الطبقية. و تبين لنا بناء على المعلومات التي توصلنا إليها من خلال الدراسة والتحليل أن الاتصال الرقمي له مكانة ودور كبير بجامعة دكتور يحي فارس بالمدية، بالرغم من أنه يواجه تحديات ونقص في البنية التحتية الرقمية إلا أنه أصبح أداة أساسية للتواصل الفعال وتسهيل العمليات التعليمية بين الأساتذة والطلاب.

This study focuses on the skill of digital communication and its role in motivating students for university education in the state of Medea, and aims to identify its important role in the educational process. We relied on the survey method as the most appropriate for this study in order to obtain in-depth and detailed information in order to analyze the phenomenon studied. We also relied on the questionnaire as a basic tool for collecting information related to our topic. We relied on a stratified sample. Through the information we obtained through study and analysis, it became clear to us that digital communication has a great place and role at Dr. Yahya Fares University in Medea. Although it faces challenges and a lack of digital infrastructure, it has become an essential tool for effective communication and facilitating educational processes between professors and students
