| dc.description | يعتبر العقار الاقتصادي كل ملك عقاري تابع للأملاك الوطنية الخاصة للدولة و/أو كل ملك خاص مكتسب من طرف الوكالة الجزائرية لترقية الاستثمار لفائدة الدولة، قابل لاستقبال مشروع استثماري بمفهوم القانون المتعلق بالاستثمار، وهذا طبقا لأحكام القانون 23-17. ويضم العقار الاقتصادي كل من العقار السياحي، الحضري والصناعي، هذا الأخير موضوع مذكرتنا، حيث يكتسي أهمية خاصة في مجال الاستثمار، وتوجد أجهزة وآليات قانونية ومؤسساتية تسيره والمتمثلة أهمها في آلية الامتياز بصيغة التراضي القابل للتحويل إلى تنازل، وكذا جهاز الوكالة الجزائرية لترقية الاستثمار. الكلمات المفتاحية: العقار الاقتصادي؛ العقار الصناعي؛ الاستثمار. Abstract: Economic property shall be deemed to be any property belonging to the private national property of the State and/or any private property acquired by the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency for the benefit of the State; Investment project is subject to the concept of investment law and this is in accordance with the provisions of Law 23-17. Résumé: La propriété économique est réputée être tout bien appartenant à la propriété nationale privée de l'?tat et/ou tout bien privé acquis par l'Agence algérienne de promotion des investissements au profit de l'?tat, Le projet d'investissement est soumis à la notion de droit d'investissement et cela est conforme aux dispositions de la loi 23-17.
