Abstract

عالجت الدراسة موضوع دور العمل النقابي في تطوير الاتصال التنظيمي بالمؤسسة، وهي دراسة ميدانية على مستوى مؤسسات التربية والتعليم لولاية المدية، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية العمل النقابي في تطوير الاتصال التنظيمي بالمؤسسة، وهذا من خلال طرح الأسئلة الآتية: كيف يساهم العمل النقابي في تسهيل عملية الاتصال بين العمال والإدارة؟ وما مدى تأثير النقابة في تحسين مناخ الاتصال داخل المؤسسة؟ وما طبيعة العلاقة بين قوة التنظيم النقابي وفعالية الاتصال التنظيمي؟ إن هذه الدراسة تعزيز للتفكير العلمي في موضوع العمل النقابي، وهذا بعيدا عن التأثيرات السياسية والإيديولوجية٬ وهذا اعتمادا منهجية علمية دقيقة فيالطرح والتحليل، كما تسعى الى ربط موضوع العمل النقابي بمجالات معرفية أخرى٬ مثل الاقتصاد والعلوم السياسية من أجل تحقيق تكامل معرفي يعزز فهم هذا الموضوع وتطويره، واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم اختيار العينة القصدية والملاحظة البسيطة، واستخدمنا الاستمارة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيع 53 استمارة على المتوسطة والثانوية والابتدائية لولاية المدية، وضمت هذه الاستمارة 26 سؤالًا، كما تم تفريغ بيانات 50 استمارة، والتي بموجبها تم الوصول إلى مجموعة من النتائج المعلنة. The study addressed the role of union activity in developing organizational communication within institutions. It is a field study at the level of educational institutions in the province of Medea. This study aims to highlight the importance of union activity in developing organizational communication within institutions. This is done by posing the following questions: How does union activity contribute to facilitating communication between workers and management? What is the extent of the union's influence in improving the communication climate within the institution? What is the nature of the relationship between the strength of the union organization and the effectiveness of organizational communication? This study aims to promote scientific thinking on the subject of union work, far from political and ideological influences, and is based on a precise scientific methodology in presentation and analysis. It also seeks to link the subject of union work to other fields of knowledge, such as economics and political science, in order to achieve cognitive integration that enhances the understanding and development of this subject. In this study, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the intentional sample and simple observation were chosen. We used the questionnaire as a basic tool for collecting data, as 53 questionnaires were distributed to middle, secondary and primary schools in the state of Medea. This questionnaire included 26 questions, and the data of 50 questionnaires were transcribed, according to which a set of announced results were reached.
