التحول نحو الرقمنة وأثره على الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ الجامعي

Abstract

ملخص: نهدف دراستنا إلى محاولة تسليط الضوء على أثر التحول الرقمي على الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ الجامعي، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمة لدراستنا وتوصلت دراستنا وتوصلت الدراسة إلى ان التحول الرقمي من خلال بعدي التحول الرقمي وشبكات التواصل تؤثر تأثيرا إيجابيا على الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ الجامعي محل الدراسة . خلصت دراستنا في الأخير إلى أن التحول الرقمي يساهم بشكل على الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ الجامعي. Summary: Our study aims to try to shed light on the impact of digital transformation on the job performance of university professors. We relied on the descriptive and analytical approach to suit our study. Our study concluded that digital transformation through the dimensions of digital transformation and communication networks has a positive impact on the job performance of the university professor under study. Our study finally concluded that digital transformation significantly contributes to the job performance of university professors.
