Abstract

The research addresses the Governance role in Mationalization of the public spending where the public expenses managment became one of the problems that the country faced during the current developments, and that by increasing the general needs which lead to the impact on the state’s bundget. Governance is considered as one of the most important conditions on the development communities priorities tabele. The government aims to create a system at the state level, and the proper application of its principles at the international level through the implementation of transparency, promoting praticipation , accountabilty and devemopment’s conduct leads to the rationalization of the public expenditure, in order to archieve the total goals, Also, the budget deficit can not be cured by reducing the public spendinges, but through rationalizing it to avoid the negative effects, and that is done by the good rational managment by applying the principles of governance. It was concluded that despite the efforts made by Alg eria through making laws and rules to support the application of governance in order to protect and keep the public money and improve its profitability for progress, Algeria has not succeeded in reflecting the concept of governance to a large extent
