Abstract

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على عمل المرأة في وسط شبه حضري وعلاقة البيئة السوسيولوجية بأدائها الوظيفي ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة وتوزيعها على عينة عشوائية من المجتمع الجزائري ، وتم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لتحليل البيانات المجموعة بالاعتماد على برنامج الحزمة للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS كما توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - إن العامل الاقتصادي هو سبب خروج المرأة للعمل، حيث من خلال دراستنا الميدانية توصلنا الى أن المستوى المعيشي والدخل الشهري من أسباب خروج المرأة في المجتمع الجزائري إلى العمل. - إن المتغيرات السوسيوثقافية كالمنحدر الاجتماعي والمستوى التعليمي حددت موقف المجتمع الجزائري حول المرأة العاملة، حيث أن المستوى التعليمي والأصل الجغرافي يلعب دورا كبيرا في خروج المرأة للعمل وتقبل المجتمع لذلك. - إن خروج المرأة للعمل يسبب عدة مشاكل أسرية ويترتب عليه كثير من الآثار السلبية وهذا ما تبين لنا من خلال تحليل نتائج دراستنا الميدانية.

Abstract : To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to a random sample of Algerian society, and appropriate statistical methods were used to analyze the data collected based on the package program for Social Sciences SPSS The study also reached a set of results, the most important of which are: - The economic factor is the reason for women to go out to work, where through our field study we have found that the standard of living and monthly income are among the reasons for women in Algerian society to go to work. - Socio-cultural variables such as social slope and educational level have determined the position of Algerian society regarding working women, as the educational level and geographical origin play a big role in women's exit to work and society's acceptance of this. - The exit of women to work causes several family problems and has many negative consequences, and this is what we found out through the analysis of the results of our field study.
