Abstract

The study aimed to show that the Algerian banking system suffers from many short comings and negatives which require a rehabilitation and a fast treatment of high level to face the radical transformations that the financial scene and world banking is experiencing in the first place the increasing tendency to wards the liberation of the banking activity from the obstacles and organizational and legislativeconstraints that slows down the expansion of the financial and banking activities .
