Abstract

The development of Information and communication technologies (ICT) is an indisputable reality today. The ICT and the rise in the field of medicine has led to the birth of telemedicine. This new medical technique has given rise to new forms of consultation and diagnosis. In this work, we propose an application that assists the doctor in remote medical diagnosis and detecting the emergency cases from the symptoms of the patient.
