Application du lean management dans un environnement GMP : good manufacturing practices dans l'industrie pharmaceutique

Abstract

The pharmaceutical industry is at a high level of quality assurance in the development, manufacture and control of products, guaranteed by compliance with GMP. It turns to the performance improvement methods, particularly those from the Lean Management In this work we applied the tools of Lean management in a quality control laboratory of a pharmaceutical production unit in order to improve performance, establish and perpetuate a state of mind that will contribute to continuous improvement; it was provided by the application of kaizen approach, operated by the PDCA wheel. This requires a stable work environment, visual and with better organization, which led us to the implementation of the 5S and visual management. The implementation of Lean tool helped to bring the laboratory to capture gains, including improved performance with reduced delivery time results, reducing waste and eliminating some of the sources most senseless waste of time and energy. With the lean management we can achieve regulatory compliance of GMP in the most efficient and productive way possible.
