and medium enterprises, the case study is the national agency for entrepreneur ship support and development in al MEDEA.young people started providing work for the others instead of looking for job for themselves, training helped the project owners out to establish their own enterprise through training courses and business consulting and through providing the best averment to achieve sustainability for their projects and to achieve their goals. One of the main results reached by this actual study is that many of those who participated in the training courses had established their own enterprises and they succeeded in running their businessesthe goals of the agency had been achieved by providing the individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to establish and expand their enterprise and make sure that the don’t waste the public money without achieving the main important results.
