Abstract

We also tried to highlight the shortcomings of traditional tools, which was the main reason for discovering other modern methods. The analytical descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect of the research, the case study in the practical aspect of it, and we also used a group of books, magazines, articles and others to help us in the research, and the result of the study was that the use of modern methods of management control helps the institution to improve management, and predict the financial risks that can That the institution will face in the future, in addition to the involvement of various workers in the management process through the preparation of dashboards, and through the field study of the Sonelgaz Corporation for Distribution and Tide Unit, it was found that the latter relies on the dashboard only as a modern method of management, and it also wants to show other ways Modern management monitoring to ensure the good running of the institution and achieve its objectives and ensure its continuity and expansion.
