Abstract

The subject of human resources is one of the most important topics that have captured the attention and thinking of many writers and thinkers in the field of business administration, as our study aimed to highlight the contribution of human resources in running training programs in light of the Covid 19 crisis, as the latter was a source of threat to the field of education throughout The world and caused the closure of educational centers at all levels, which necessitated the state to provide alternative educational options at all levels, represented in electronic platforms, televised lessons, or through the rapid distribution of printed resources for those who do not have an Internet connection or a TV And the creation of special educational mechanisms and programs to reduce the impact of this pandemic, and our study concluded that there is a significant role for the skills, competencies and knowledge of individuals in facing the crises faced by institutions, especially educational and training institutions, and this role has emerged in the ability to complete the school season despite the difficulties that encountered in management.
