Abstract

The study aims to find out the impact of training on the dumping of skills on job performance, as well as to determine the level of dumping skills of the sample, and also test the contrast according to personal variables on training in the skills of dumping. The study data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to professors of the Faculty of economic and commercial sciences at the University of the conduct of Medea, and distributed another questionnaire on college students a second year Master "specialty administration and management of enterprise". To test the hypotheses of the study was the use of a set of statistical methods in order to reach the objectives of the study. The study found that there is an interest by the teachers training in the skills of the average level of dumping, and that the assessment of the students' skills to throw the professors were intermediate. The study also found that there is the impact of a statistically significant training dumping skills on the job performance, and there is variation in the answers students 'attitudes on the assessment of dumping skills of teachers due to the success cycle and variable attend lectures variable, and there is no variation in the answers students' attitudes on the assessment of dumping Skills the professors are attributable to the variables of gender, age and quality of the bachelor's degree, and there is variation in the answers professors about training dumping skills due to age and experience variable trends, and there is no statistically significant in answers professors directions about training dumping skills variation due to the variable sex and marital status functional class.
