Abstract

This study deals with the issue of job satisfaction and its impact on improving the performance of workers with the selection of the National Corporation for the production of valves and water pumps (Bouval) in AlBarwaqiah as a model for the study، considering the human resource as one of the important pillars that institutions have become dependent on to improve and develop their performance. This study addressed the issue of job satisfaction from the theoretical side. As well as job performance، and during our study of this topic، the National Institution (Boufal) to try to identify the impact of job satisfaction in improving the performance of its employees، especially that job satisfaction generates a desire in the individual to perform his work، which necessarily reflects on the efficiency of his performance. In our study، we described and analyzed the results and the information reached، and our choice of this topic was not random، but was the result of several reasons، including the importance of the topic، and we aim in this study to shed light on job satisfaction and its impact on the National Institution (Bauval) in addition to an attempt Enriching scientific research in this field، and we relied on the questionnaire to collect information and data، and after that we analyzed it to reach a number of results، most notably that there is a significant impact of job satisfaction in improving the performance of employees within the institution
