Abstract

This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of training in improving the performance of employees in the organization. After the study, it became clear to us that training affects performance improvement and that the organization focuses largely on employees, because they are considered the most effective way towards achieving competitive advantage and increasing profitability for the organization. For this reason, this institution resorts to applying the training policy in sequential and integrated stages, starting with identifying training needs, then designing and implementing programs, and finally evaluating the training process. , where the practical side was at the level of the Sonelgaz Foundation in Medea, In this study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach in collecting data and data related to the phenomenon under study. To achieve this goal, we used the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The questionnaire form was distributed within the institutions to a sample of 38 workers. We relied in analyzing the questionnaire data on the EXCEL table processor program, and to test the hypotheses we used regression analysis methods And correlation to prove the existence of a relationship between the variables of the study. Finally, the study concluded that training aims to remove weaknesses and shortcomings in the performance of workers and helps to improve discipline and behavior to a large extent, as it represents the main pillar in developing and rationalizing the performance of the workforce.
