Abstract

The agricultural sector is a sensitive nerve in theeconomies of the countries of the world, the state that are interested sector agriculture to ensure a decent life for its people, by achieving the fullest possible agricultural production, it is a nation worthy of respect because they proceed from the requirements of the interest of the people. The study also aims to study the reality of leasing in Algeria and what are its prospects, by showing the importance of leasing alternative formula to finance the agricultural sector, stand at the most important steps in place in Algeria in order to upgrade the sector, the study included a study of the historical development of the agricultural sector since independence to this day through the presentation of policies and reforms to the agricultural sector of developmental programs. And taking Agriculture and Rural Development Bank as a model to study the fact that he ranked first in the financing of the agricultural sector in Algeria in terms of the facilities provided, showed the results of this study that the loan technology rental at a relative latecomer to the agricultural sector, but it has seen a remarkable development, especially in recent years, making it an alternative funding for the sector, due to the initiative of the Ministry of Agriculture and rural development, which the mechanism introduced within the financing structure of the agricultural sector,as well as the feet of farmers and investors to these funding formula. In the last study conducted on the nature of the work to expand the leased gear so as to increase the profitability of the productive sector.
