Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the role of leadership in achieving competitive advantage in the antibiotics branch Medea Saidal Complex, and to achieve the goal of the study we used a questionnaire as a tool for this study, which included 28 words designed according to Likert scale quintet, so as to gather the necessary data from the study sample, and in light that has been processing and analysis of data and test hypotheses using the statistical package for social Sciences spss. The study found a number of findings, including:  Administrative leadership is inevitable and necessary to control the behavior and actions of employees and directing them towards achieving the planned goals of the organization.  The need to acquire and achieve competitive advantage to ensure the growth, survival and continuity through the promotion of creative and innovative ideas because they are the essence of competitive advantage and sustainability.  There is a strong linear direct relationship significant differences between the administrative leadership and achieve competitive advantage in the antibiotics branch Saidal complex
