The aim of this study is to attempt to clarify andexplain the general framrud of financial engineering where it allowed the intellectuals to get rid of the dealings of interest therough the creation of a series of islamic formulas and we have highlighted the muralraha formula en islamic banks،Therough the fileld study that we have done at the level of the bank of peace Algeria ishere we have reached a set of results ،The most important : -Banking and financial transactions in islam governprinciples and provrsurus that must be olrserved when applyingb these transacturs to islamic financial engineering has fslamic financial product of its oun that cam be said alrout modern innovatious that came to help the economy. -Islamic finance has a role in the development of islamic financial industries the development and issuance of islamic checks and it play a role in risk managemet by adding the development methods of the islamic financial industries.
