Abstract

E-management is the result of technological development in the contemporary world, because it has become a necessary condition for the organization to keep up with the developments and changes of the external environment, because its application has a significant impact on the organization's performance in all aspects, including the performance of the work. From this perspective, our research aims to illustrate the impact of e-management on improving the performance of relevant organizations, where researchers use questionnaires as a key data collection tool, which is applied to a sample of 20 administrative staff. Random descriptive statistical analysis of different levels, which relies on statistical methods to test hypotheses, including pearson correlation coefficient, and alpha stabilizers for Kronbach. The study concluded that e-management plays a role in improving the performance of the organization's career, which is represented by the headquarters of the State of Medea.
