Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the extent to which human resources management applications contribute to the knowledge management processes of the General Directorate of Algerian Messages. In this study, we concluded that the knowledge of the organization cannot be limi ted to the mass of information sent over time, Outside of the organization through the implementation of human resources management system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Knowledge in motion And to test it by designing a questionnaire and after a unique arbitration of the staff of the General Directorate of Communications Algeria, to achieve the processing of data by drawing some of the relevant probabilities available in the program spss, at the end we reached a set of results: - The sample of the study sample agreed to increase the management of human resources applications in the Directorate of Telecom Algeria branch of Medea to a high degree. - Study sample members agreed to increase the dimensions of knowledge management processes. - There is a significant impact of HR applications on knowledge management processes in the Directorate of Communications
