Abstract

This stady deal with electronic administration as in input to activate the university performance and aimed at research the various aspects of the subject of e-management based on informatio and communication technology, and highlighted the most important requirement of the application of electronic administration as well as its network building. Economic and commercial sciences, in addition to the practical aspect through conducting a survey on the sample of the research, depending on the questionnaire tool and design for this purpos, while using the statistical program «spss », and finally the stady reached a set of reliable theoretical and field conclusions to provide a set of recommendation consistent with these conclusion
