Abstract

This study tented to know the effect of Managing Knowledge on the performanse in Economic institutonK ,and that through the three Dimensions « Adequacy ,Efficaciousness,Productiveness » to achieve the goals these study, a questionnaire from has been made based on the previous studies which tackled the same topic, then they were distributed on a category of 30 people from the staffe institution Distribution Electricity and Gaz by city medea. This study relied on the analytical descriptive approach which includes using the field style in gathering data by questioning and analysing it statistically by the statistical pack soft of social sciences spssv16. The study resultspointed out tge existence of a morally significant effect to manage Knowledge on each of Adequacy, Efficaciousness, Productiveness, As a result, the dimension are considered to be strong indicator of the performanse we have also got to the non-existence of morally significant differences of managing the Managing Knowledge effect on each of Adequacy, Efficaciousness, Productiveness, is attributed to the personal changes of sex , age category, social condition and educational qualification, at the end, this study recommended putting the adequate importance from the institution under studies of managing Knowledge effective role in its survival and continuity,besides developing and Improvement performanse.
