Abstract

The objective of this research is to try to understand the reality of the educated organization as an input to the development of the administrative creativity in the institute and to provide the suggestions that in turn contribute to the better application of the concept of the educated organization in the vocational training institute in order to raise the level of managerial creativity among its employees.
