Abstract

In this study, we discussed the role of electronic management in activating The job performance at the post office and communication department in Tablat branch in the state of Medea . W also discussed the various aspects of electronic administration and highlighted the most important requirements of its application as well as its structure, its fundamentals and obstacles. The aim of this study was to clarify the relationship between the two variables, (independent variable) and functional performance (dependent variable)
